Quality putting Rife Down Under

Australian Karrie Webb rolled her Rife Barbados Black to her seventh ANZ Ladies Masters title on Sunday after being pushed all the way by compatriot and fellow Rife user Katherine Hull.
Hull, the reigning champion after rolling her 2 Bar Hybrid to victory in 2009, battled hard to keep pace with the eventual winner, shooting a 66 including 8 birdies in her first 12 holes. Webb was not to be caught, however, firing a final round 61 to secure a 6 shot victory.
Webb's putting was a feature of her incredible final round. When asked about it after her victory, Webb commented, "I've worked really hard on my putting so it feels great to know that every time I stand over one I've got a good chance of making it."
This victory was the first of the season for a Rife Putter on the Ladies European Tour after making significant strides forward in the ladies game in 2009.
Rife still holds dear to its policy of not paying any player to use its putters which bears a special testament to the quality of the product when the first and second place players in a tournament choose to play a Rife.
With more players on Ladies Tours across the world making the same choice to play a Rife week in week out, the success of Webb and Hull will be sure to be repeated elsewhere in the world very soon.
About Rife
The secret to the company's success lies in its various patented technologies including RollGroove, the LieAline Custom Fitting System and a 4-point adjustable weighting system all of which are seen in the new Two Bar Hybrid.
Rife Putters LLC is the true innovator behind horizontal grooved face putter technology, which has been patented by the company as RollGroove since 1997.
Precisely spaced milled grooves allow the putter to gently press into the cover of the ball and grip and lift it into an instant forward roll to create the truest "no skid" roll in golf no matter where you hit the ball on the putter face.
The LieAline Fitting System teaches players to automatically set-up to every putt in the same, natural set-up position.
Using a very subtle vertical notch located on the back edge of the top line players can automatically tell whether the putter is set-up to suit their putting stroke.
If the player can see the entire white sight line then the putter is set-up perfectly, if not then you use the LieAline Bending tool to bend the hosel into the ideal position for you.
Once this has been done the player can benefit from a more consistent and repeatable stroke path every time by using the sight line.
Adjustable Weighting allows players to apply different weight configurations to match speed of the greens. It also increases stability and accuracy on off centre.
The 4 point stability weighting system, as seen in the putters using Two Bar technology, has stainless steel weight inserts in the heel and toe. The additional rear weighting means the putter's centre of mass is still driving through the ball as the putter face makes contact with the ball.
By dispersing weight to the four furthest points of the putter you have an extra large sweet spot, which provides your overall stroke with more stability and the face remains squarer through impact.
